A healing retreat to nourish your body, mind and soul
This is a safe space to grieve and hopefully find some healing after a loss.
Take a break and spend time on much-needed healing for your broken heart.
We will spend the week doing different healing practices that I have been using, including yoga (no experience required), journaling long beach walks to mention a few.
I have also included a Temazcal and Cacao Ceremony, and a breath work session.
Temazcal is a type of sweat lodge which originated from pre-Hispanic indigenous peoples in Mesoamerica. The word temazcal comes from the Nahuatl word temāzcalli (“house of heat”), or possibly from the Aztec teme (to bathe) and calli (house). The Maya, in modern-day Mexico, used the temazcal as a place for both spiritual ceremonies and physical healing.
Cacao has been used in ancient ceremonies by South Americans (the Maya) for thousands of years. It has an active ingredient in it called theobromine — which can be translated to, ‘Food of the Gods’. The ceremonies are rooted in helping to rebalance the energies within us, and restore good health. Through opening the heart, cacao enables us to hear our true self, work through blockages and past traumas, dissolve any pent up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are. Cacao is packed with vitamins and minerals that are great for cardiovascular health. It is also renowned for releasing dopamine and endorphins in the body, which soothe symptoms of PMS as well as depression, by boosting our mood. (It in not haluceginic).
There will be other energy work offerings, which you can choose to add on for yourself or not.
A $300 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit holds your space (you will receive email confirmation of payment received). CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds, minus $300.00 (initial nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit) are available up until 60 days before trip departure date. No refunds will be provided after that time. Allow 30 days for refunds, when applicable, in the same form as collected.
