Yoga Retreat

There was a moment when I considered canceling the retreat.
I experienced a wave of confusion, wondering if I had properly interpreted the signs presented by Dakota. Those feathers I stumbled upon, were they truly a message guiding me towards this retreat? During a heartfelt conversation with a fellow grieving mother within my network, she offered a suggestion that resonated deeply with me β why not extend the invitation to a wider circle? And so, I embraced her advice and reached out to women over the age of 40. The response was heartening, as bookings began to pour in. What's truly remarkable is that each and every one of these bookings comes from someone who has also journeyed through grief.
Life's intricate threads seem to be weaving a harmonious pattern, and the pieces are falling seamlessly into place. I'm taking the time to personally connect with each healer who is available to collaborate with us, individuals who have played a pivotal role in guiding me along my own path of healing.
A recent conversation with Rita Savoia illuminated her multifaceted expertise, particularly her mastery in the realm of Breathwork. Rita will be gracing us with her presence during the retreat, offering a session dedicated to this powerful practice.
For those curious minds, you can catch my insightful interview with Rita right here.
As a little bonus, I've also included a simple yet effective 2-pose yoga routine tailored to alleviate anxiety and embrace grief. Feel free to join me in this session by watching the video here.
