Yin Yoga for Grief Relief is designed to help you reduce stress and tension, and find peace and balance in your life. These gentle yoga poses, will help with relaxation methods to help you release physical and mental stress.
If you have suffered a loss, or just want to start a yoga practice, I am your person! Hi, I am Erin, a passionate Yoga teacher. I have been practicing and teaching since 2009. My offerings include in-person yoga and online classes paid, free on You tube and live. As a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance, I teach Beginners and Grievers.
I offer classes that are trauma-informed and are gentle and mindful.

A Trauma informed heavenly class that is slow, meditative, allowing the body to open and become more flexible. We will be using props. Please bring a blanket, bolster or cushion and a block(s). Yoga helps with
It can be intimidating to learn yoga for the first time. I will guide you through a few easy classes FREE on Youtube, and in-person (if we are ever in the same town) Yoga has so many benefits, and with regular practice, you will not only start to look better, you will feel better, more alive and energized.
Yoga came into my life when I was so stressed out and carrying an injury, and has aided in the transformation to the person I am now happy to be. I no longer just live in a black and white world. Colour has returned and I am able to live, love and celebrate. Allow me to share my teachings with you, taking you from being tired, depressed, achey and in pain, to living your best life.
I recommend that you start slow and build up your flexibility to move on to more difficult sequences.
You should be able to start a regular Beginner Hatha Yoga class if you are fit and flexible. After you have mastered the basics, you can move on to a vinyasa flow or Yin class. You are better to be safe than sorry and take your time when you approach yoga. Trying yoga for the first time is the best way to find out if it is right for you. I love teaching and sharing my love of yoga, and being on youtube allows you to learn in the comfort of your own home.
