If you have suffered a loss or want to start a yoga practice, I am your person! Hi, I am Erin, a passionate Yoga teacher. I have been practising and teaching since 2009. My offerings include paid in-person yoga and online classes, and free on YouTube. As a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance, I teach Beginners and Grievers.I offer classes that are trauma-informed and are gentle and mindful. I also now offer gentle Hatha and dynamic Sivananda!

Yin Yoga details

Yin Yoga is a somatic practice that helps with grief by connecting the mind and body through slow, deep stretches and mindful breathing. This approach allows individuals to release stored emotions and tension within the body, fostering a sense of emotional and physical relief. A Trauma-informed heavenly class that is slow, and meditative, allowing the body to open and become more flexible. We will be using props. Please bring a blanket, bolster or cushion and a block(s). Yoga helps with

  • Improves concentration, focus, attention, and interoceptive awareness.

  • Reduces anxiety, and anger.

  • Reduces the impact of exaggerated stress responses (fight, flight or freeze)

  • Provides emotional regulation techniques.

  • Assists with relaxation, sleep, and mood.
