Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. By holding poses for extended periods, typically three to five minutes, Yin Yoga enhances flexibility, improves circulation, and promotes a sense of calm and stillness. *Sivananda yoga is a holistic practice that incorporates five key principles: proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, and positive thinking and meditation, emphasizing the spiritual aspects of yoga.
