Grief is not something we “get over.” It’s something we learn to move with. This 6 -week series, Moving Through Grief with Yoga, is designed to support you with gentle practices, compassionate education, and a community that understands.

Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or another life transition, this program offers tools to help you find moments of peace, connection, and breath along the way.

What to Expect Each Week

Each week of the program combines three simple elements:

  1. Grief Education & Reflection
    A short teaching delivered through email to help you better understand grief and how it shows up in everyday life. Alongside this, you’ll receive a guided journal prompt to support gentle self-reflection and expression.

  1. Yoga Practice
    A recorded yoga video designed to meet you where you are—gentle, accessible, and focused on calming the mind and body. Each week’s practice will explore a different theme, such as grounding, softening tension, or finding stillness.

  1. Community & Connection
    Between live sessions, you’ll have access to a private Facebook group where you can share reflections, connect with others, and feel supported.
