For me, yoga has been instrumental in navigating grief since losing Dakota in 2018. It provides a sanctuary to confront emotions and find inner strength.
Importantly, yoga complements my Christian faith, nurturing a deeper connection with spiritual beliefs. Its principles resonate with teachings of compassion and mindfulness.
