My Mission

In the Women's Yoga Club, my mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. I believe that yoga is for every body and strive to create a supportive community for all of the students.

Each month I will prepare classes for you, targeting different issues that face women. I am so excited that you have decided to embark on this life long journey of yoga.

We live in such a face paced world, where everything is dominated with a yang, masculine energy. I invite you to slow down and awaken your inner feminine energy with these Yin Yoga practices. Some practices will be Hatha yoga too.

Each week, you will receive

  • A 30 minute (approximately) practice, that focuses on our different issues.

  • A play list of music on Spotify to listen to during the practice

  • A description of the practice and how it specifically targets the issue we are addressing that week.

Please don't think you are too old or too stiff to start a yoga practice. My one student started after her husband passed away when she was 65. She is now 82 and still going strong! Your body will surprise you how it slowly opens and becomes more flexible and strong.

This Membership is not designed to replace your current work out or yoga practice, but to work along side, complimenting it.

Make this a weekly class and make it part of your well-being routine โ€“ as they say healthy spine, healthy mind! You can practice once or as many times as you like. You will have access to all the practices in my library.
