Join us  for a beautiful gentle Hatha/Yin class .  This all levels class  will leave you feeling with a sense of tranquility and peace. All levels. No experience necessary.

I ask that you bring a strap or belt, a block or sturdy book bolsters or cushions as well as your mat, and water. I do have a few straps that can be used.
