Yin Yoga specifically works to deeply penetrate the connective tissues in your body, releasing physical and energetic blocks. This is a beginner's series that will help you to heal from a traumatic event or just bring a sense of well-being into your body and soul.
It is a slow, meditative practice with long holds of 3 to 5 minutes.
Please have support blocks, cushions, or pillows handy. We will work together for 8 weeks, clearing and balancing your body.
