Join us for a beautiful and gentle Hatha/Yin class followed by Yoga Nidra. This all-levels class will leave you with a deep sense of tranquility and peace. Beginners are welcome!
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation and a meditative state between wakefulness and sleep. It helps to reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote overall well-being by calming the nervous system and allowing the body and mind to rest deeply.
Please bring a strap or belt, a block or sturdy book, bolsters or cushions, your mat, and water. I do have a few extra straps available if needed.
