At Stretching Yoga for Kids, we help children move better, feel better, and stay active with confidence. Our classes support flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, and recovery in a way that’s safe for growing bodies — without pressure, comparison, or “push through pain” culture.
This program was founded by Erin Burden, a YTT-500 certified yoga instructor with experience teaching kids and teens, and working with youth and adult athletes. Erin’s approach is grounded in functional movement, nervous-system regulation, and age-appropriate mobility, designed to support both performance and overall wellbeing.

Kids’ bodies change fast. Growth spurts, training schedules, repetitive movements (sports, dance, gymnastics), and long hours sitting at school can lead to:
