Moving Through Grief with Yoga is a gentle 6-week on-demand series created to support you as you navigate loss, change, and life’s tender transitions. This program blends soft yoga, simple grief education, and compassionate reflection to help you feel held, grounded, and less alone on your journey.

Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a chapter of life, or a version of yourself, this series offers a safe space to breathe, move, feel, and heal—at your own pace.

Grief doesn’t only live in the mind and heart — it lives in the body, too. Unprocessed emotion can settle into our muscles, joints, fascia, and nervous system, showing up as tightness, fatigue, heaviness, or chronic discomfort. You may have heard the phrase, “the issues are in the tissues,” and in many ways, it’s true. This series is designed to gently invite movement, breath, and awareness into the places where grief is held, creating space for soft release, improved circulation, and a deeper sense of safety and support within your body.

Grief is not something we “fix” or rush through.
It’s something we learn to carry with tenderness, awareness, and care.
