Suggested Props to Enhance Your Practice
You may choose to use light hand weights to gently build strength, along with simple props like a tennis ball, strap, and block for added support and comfort. These easy-to-use tools add variety and extra benefit to your Chair Yoga practice—and can all be used right from your chair.
